We did not know patti at all. We found her on line one night when we made the decision to buy a vacation home in Naples, Florida. We chose her on a whim. and bless the day we did! She is the real deal! Not only did she work tirelessly, week in and week out, to show us every home we had indicated we wanted to see, she took the time to show us around a town we were unfamiliar with and answered a million questions all hours of the day and night. We were actually none to sure of what we were looking for; patti has a remarkable sense when it comes people. even complete strangers such as we had been, were put completely at ease, and she brought us to homes she could tell we would be interested in. And she was absolutely correct! We bought the very first one she brought us to, even though we made her run all over town looking at places we thought we would like! Even after the sale patti was completely invaluable! She suggested we ask the builder if we could have our patio extended (not something offered, but possible; a buyer would absolutely not know this however. Patti did). That extension made all the difference to our enjoyment of our backyard. Because we live out of state, we entrusted patti to do our final walk-through. She was BY FAR more thorough than we ever could have been, and because she is a professional, knew what to look for in places we would never have thought about. As a result, we got a house in better condition than if we had spent a week walking through it. She gave us names of home professionals tried, true and tested herself, who we could call upon to keep our new home in shape. It turns out everyone knows patti and everyone loves her. Besides her professionalism, skill and graciousness, patti is a kind, friendly, warm and lovely person. Is it any wonder that although less than a year ago she was a name on the Internet, now we count her as one of our dearest friends? We were lucky to find patti because she found us the house we had been dreaming about and didn't even know it! We are lucky to have found patti because she selflessly helped us through every single process in the long drawn out "building a new house" Scenerio. We are extremely lucky to have found patti because she is a genuinely honest, lovely, woman and an incredible real estate agent. We absolutely recommend her!
